iMXAgent is a client application developed for iPhone and iPad devices. It is designed to complement our suite of applications which are marketed on the Siemens HiPath OpenScape Office system.

iMXAgent is a call center monitoring application and it only works with our server, combined with the PBX system. It can't be used in stand-alone mode. iMXAgent is targeted at our existing and future customer base.


Features include :

  • Queue Details (with live updates)
  • Average Queue Time (seconds) per queue
  • Average Talk Time (seconds) per queue
  • Grade Of Service (%) per queue
  • Total Calls per queue

Integration :

  • Integration with eTellicom IMX PBX system
  • Integration with eTellicom VisualSuite Unified Communication platform
  • Integration with Siemens HiPath OpenScape Office HX, MX and LX platforms
